Introduction

Brighton Launch – Adult Programs for Young Adults with Disabilities Brighton Launch, located in Toronto, provides innovative adult programs for young adults with intellectual and developmental challenges. Since 2015, our mission has been to help students develop essential life skills, workplace competencies, and social abilities to live independent, fulfilling lives. Our unique TASC© (Transition to Adulthood Skills Curriculum) covers six key domains: Language, Literacy & Numeracy, Independent Living Skills, Workplace Skills & Career Development, Community Skills, Private Matters, and Social Skills & Self-Regulation. Students benefit from a fully integrated, personalized learning approach guided by experienced Coaches. We offer flexible enrollment options – full-time or part-time – and ongoing support throughout students’ careers, including career assistance, job training, and social engagement through activities like Friday Night Social groups. Our modern facility at 40 Wynford Drive includes classrooms, a social enterprise production center, a fitness center, and dedicated spaces for learning and recreation.
