Any commercial or personal engagement that occurs between Users or between Users and third parties happens entirely at their own risk and remains outside the operational or legal scope of Classifedz.
The Classifedz platform is open to all eligible individuals. To post advertisements, Users must complete the online registration process and confirm that all provided information is accurate, truthful, and complete. An account becomes active once the registration is successfully processed.
Users are required to update their account details promptly whenever changes occur. Failure to keep information current may result in limited access or account restrictions.
A User may terminate their participation in this Agreement at any time by contacting Classifedz Customer Support via the official contact method provided on the platform. Classifedz may apply a short administrative period before finalizing the termination request. Classifedz also reserves the right to block or deactivate an account when violations or security concerns arise.
For an advertisement to appear on Classifedz, it must be submitted through the official posting interface. A listing becomes active only when Classifedz processes and publishes it, or when confirmation is sent electronically. Classifedz reserves the right to decline or remove any advertisement that conflicts with these Terms, breaches legal obligations, violates public standards, or misuses the platform.
Classifedz may delete accounts belonging to Users – registered or unregistered – that show no activity for an extended period as part of system maintenance and security management.
By submitting or transmitting content on Classifedz, you affirm that you possess the necessary rights to publish such material. You also grant Classifedz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, archive, translate, distribute, publish, modify, and reformat your content across all current and future formats and platforms as needed to operate, promote, or enhance the service.
Classifedz may display or republish advertisements across its network or partner websites. This license may be assigned or sub-licensed to affiliates or successors without requiring further approval.
Users bear full legal responsibility for all advertisements they upload. This includes providing accurate personal, business, and contact details, along with complete and clear descriptions of the items or services advertised. Users must place each advertisement in the appropriate category and ensure that no duplicate or misleading listings are created.
Classifedz may relocate advertisements if they are placed in incorrect or irrelevant categories. Business Users are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all consumer rights obligations applicable to their products or services, including return, cancellation, or refund rights where required by law.
Users may not upload any content that infringes on the rights of others, violates applicable laws, or breaches these Terms.

Classifedz respects the autonomy of adults acting within legal boundaries but maintains zero tolerance for exploitation, abuse, or illegal activities. The platform cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will share account or content data when required for investigations.

Warnings or temporary freezes may also be applied. Users are not entitled to refunds or compensation for removed content or disrupted services resulting from violations of these Terms.
Some sections of the Classifedz platform contain material intended strictly for adults and may include listings related to mature themes or adult-oriented services. These categories may feature descriptions or imagery that are not suitable for minors. By entering, browsing, or interacting with the Adult or Restricted sections of Classifedz, you explicitly affirm and acknowledge the following:

Users may edit or delete their advertisements at any time through their Classifedz Account dashboard.
Users also have the right to request the removal of their own listings from the platform. Classifedz will make reasonable efforts to complete such requests promptly; however, due to caching, indexing, or technical processes, full removal may take up to 24 hours or longer in certain cases.
Under applicable data protection laws, Users have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of personal data associated with their Account. Users wishing to permanently erase their data from Classifedz may contact Customer Support through the designated channel.
Users must not engage in activities that compromise the privacy of others, including unauthorized data collection, scraping, unauthorized access, or any behaviour that disrupts or threatens platform security.
Any attempt to damage, exploit, or interfere with Classifedz’s systems, whether through malicious code, automated tools, or unauthorized intrusions, is strictly prohibited.
Users agree that Classifedz is not responsible for the actions, content, postings, or communications of other Users. Because most listings originate from independent individuals or businesses, Classifedz does not guarantee:
